The quiet rules.

nonzerosum.app is the marketing and correspondence surface of our product lab. It describes our work, our point of view, and how to reach us. Individual products we build may have their own terms; where they do, those terms govern your use of those products.

Use the site lawfully. Please don’t attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at commercial scale, interfere with other visitors, or use it to transmit anything unlawful, infringing, or harmful.

The site — its text, marks, design, and code — is owned by My Third LLC or its licensors. You’re welcome to link to us, quote us thoughtfully, and share our work with attribution. For anything beyond that, write to us.

When you email us, we read what you send. We handle it according to our Privacy Policy. If you send us an idea, suggestion, or unsolicited proposal, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free right to use it without obligation. We prefer NDAs only when we’ve signed one in advance.

Anything we describe as “in the lab,” “building,” “drafting,” or otherwise unreleased is exactly that. It may change, break, or disappear without notice. We make no commitment to ship any particular idea referenced on this site.

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work carefully, but we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Third LLC, its members, and its contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of this site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless My Third LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts sitting in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the effective date above. Material changes will be called out on the site. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
