What we keep, and why.

When you visit the site. Our host (Vercel) logs basic request data — IP address, browser, pages viewed, referrer, timestamps — to keep the site fast, healthy, and secure.

When you write to us. The contents of your message and the email address you send from.

What we don’t collect. We don’t run advertising trackers. We don’t build behavioral profiles. We don’t sell data to anyone.

To run the site, respond to your correspondence, protect against abuse, and occasionally review anonymized traffic to help decide what to build next.

A small number of vendors process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms: our hosting provider (Vercel) and our email provider. We don’t sell, rent, or trade your information. We may disclose information when required by law, a valid legal process, or to protect the safety of users or the public.

The site uses only strictly-necessary cookies required for security and basic session handling. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we ever add product analytics, we’ll update this policy and, where required, ask for consent first.

We keep correspondence for as long as it’s useful to do so — typically a few years — and then we delete it. Host-level request logs roll off on our host’s schedule (short windows measured in days).

Write to us and we’ll do what’s reasonable: confirm what we hold, correct it, delete it, or export it. If you’re in a jurisdiction with specific privacy rights — the EU (GDPR), the UK, California (CCPA/CPRA), and others — those rights apply to us as required by law, and we’ll honor them.

The site isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them. If we learn we have, we’ll delete it.

We operate in the United States. If you write to us from outside the U.S., your information will be processed in the U.S., which may have different privacy laws than your country. By writing to us, you consent to that transfer.

If we change this policy we’ll update the effective date above. Material changes will be called out on the site.
